From the North or South:
Take Exit 10 off I-93, head north on West River Road (Route 3A). Directly opposite an Irving gas station and the entrance to Hoyt Cinemas is Quality Drive - turn right and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. The Ice Den will be on the left.

Directions begin at the Lee Traffic Circle at the intersection of Rte 125 and Rte 4:
Continue on Rte 4 towards Durham. Take the first exit off of Rte 4 to Rte 155. At the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Rte 155. Follow Rte 155 all the way into Dover (approx. 10 miles). After you pass the on/off ramps for the Spalding Tpk continue on Rte 155 (now Silver St.). Follow Silver Street to the end. At the lights take a left onto Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue down the hill past the Town Hall, bear right at lights. At this point Central Avenue turns into a one-way street. Continue on Central Avenue past the old mills. The road will turn sharply to the left and up a hill. Just as you start up the hill you will see the right hand turn onto Rte 4. There is a little sign on the telephone pole that says: "Dover Arena --->".Take this right turn onto Rte 4. Follow Rte 4 up the hill - Dover Arena will be about 1 mile up on the left -- across from Philbricks.

From the west:
Take Rte 101 east towards Exeter. Get off at Exit 9 for Rte 27, bear right off of ramp. You will pass the entrance to the Rinks at Exeter within a half mile. Continue on that road (Rte 27) toward Exeter. Follow until you reach the center of town. At the bandstand take a right, which is Rte 108 & 111. Follow Rte 108 which will be the next left. Stay on that road approx 1/4 mile and look for tennis courts on the left. Take the left immediately after the tennis courts - this is the parking area for the rink. Park here, then walk in through a large gate area. The entrance to the rink is just down the walkway and to the right.

Take I-93 north to Exit 23. Go left on Rte 104. Take the first left after crossing back under I-93. After about a half mile, look for Dr. Child's Lane on the right - turn right. The rink is the large green building up the hill and on the left.

Hebron Academy (Robinson Arena)
From Portsmouth:
Take I-95 north to the Maine Turnpike, and continue on the turnpike to Exit 12 in Auburn. At the end of the ramp turn right. Go past the Irving station and take your next right onto Kittyhawk Avenue. Follow Kittyhawk Avenue 0.7 miles to the flashing light - turn right onto Hotel Road. Follow Hotel Road another 0.5 mile to the traffic light. Turn left onto Minot Avenue. Go 3.7 miles on Minot Avenue then turn right onto Route 119. Route 119 follows straight for 6.3 miles and then intersects with route 124 - you will need to almost make a full left turn here (Route 124 goes straight) - you will see the Village Trading Post -- bear right (you are staying on Route 119) and go 2.8 miles. When you go around a big corner, you will be looking at the Hebron Academy library building. The rink parking lot is on your left side and the rink is up the hill.

From Portsmouth:
Take I-95 north to Portland. Take Exit 6A onto I-295 north, and go through Portland. North of Portland, take the Brunswick/Rte 1 exit. At the third light (there's a Cumberland Farms on the left), go straight all the way into downtown Brunswick (do not head left towards Rockland). At the last light in town, turn right (The Kitchen and the Wyler Gallery will be on your left). After turning right at the light, stay in the left lane. Turn left to go around the big white church on top of the hill - Bowdoin College will be on your right. At the next light turn right - the rink will be on the right. The parking lot is the second right after the light.
